where do you go to translate into drow tongue??

The grammar is the english grammar, with only slight changes. Ie. Genitive is not shown by 's and the plural is different. It is bloody obvious that designers didn't care about making a new language - they made another english. Or common, if you like.
I post link here, although it ain't difficult to search for aforementioned "drow dictionary".

Its an albino Drow.. he has no pigment (skin colour), that make's him special in a kinda way...
