The grammar is the english grammar, with only slight changes. Ie. Genitive is not shown by 's and the plural is different. It is bloody obvious that designers didn't care about making a new language - they made another english. Or common, if you like.
I post link here, although it ain't difficult to search for aforementioned "drow dictionary".
