Here is the List:

1: Kangaxx is a Lich/Demi-Lich in the Docks District. His home/tomb is at the right of Mea'Vars Guildhall (Shadowthief).

2: It suppose to be a Quest related Compound but was not finished in BG II, The Darkest Day Mod. make's it Quest related IIRC. (The Guarded Compound also includes the best katana in the game.. The Celestial Fury)

3: To open the door that leads to Samia (King Strohm III Quest)

4: Ribald, Lady Yuth and Galoomp have one/several copy's for sell.

5: Girdle of Frost Giant Strength: Underdark: In the Kuo-Toa Lair, in the chamber with the Demogorgon statue (the sacrifece ritual)... it is in on of the Bookcases.

Crom Faeyr's ''True Name'' Scroll: Umar Hill Quest/Temple Ruins: Thaxll'ssyllia (Shadow Dragon) carries it, slay ít/him/her to retrieve the scroll.

6: The robe of Vecna has the following stats:

Robe of Vecna
This robe doesn't even have close to the power that the two famous artifacts, the Hand and Eye of Vecna possess. Still, from simply being worn by the powerful lich, the robe absorbed enough magical energies to become a potent magic item.

STATISTICS:

Equipped Abilities:
AC: base set to 5
Improves casting speed by 4
+10% Magic Resistance
Weight: 3
Only usable by:
Mage (single, dual, & multi-class)

It can be bought in the Adventure's Mart (Waukeen's Promenade) from the Bonus Merchant (patch) Deidre.

It can also be found in The Darkest Day mod. (Trollford IIRC, Firkraags Dungeon, ''Guardian'' Guards it (Same place where you find The Dragon Slayer Sword and Red Dragon Scale Shield in Firkraag's Dungeon)

7: Shadow Dragon Scale's.. (add: Halberd +4: Wave) that are the only one's you missed. If you want more option's for upgrading your weapons.. then there is a WeiDu mod. named ''Item Upgrade Mod'' and you can find it here

[add] Where are my manners ? Welcome to IW...

Now, remind me what keys are used for ?? Ah, that`s right... opening locked things
Have we seen a locked thing lately ?? That door comes to mind... so let`s see if this key fits it.
*Gasp* - it DOES !! Funny, that.

Aaah, so there is a use for it after all! I've always headed east first for some reason so I've always had it in my possession when I get to that door. I wonder why they called it the "Chapel" key though. It should've been "dungeon" key or something so as not to confuse. Anyway, another mystery solved.

Re the Girdle of Frost Giant Strength: I believe IIRC that it is loot from one of the bodies of the Demon Knights, which was wearing it. I never did actually find it "lying around" in the temple in question, and I believe I did check all the bookcases there.

I think your right Mahlennacht, the most North (in that chamber) Demon Knight wears it, now I remember...

Thx for noting me on that error..

I think the word Chapel is used because it is a holy place...It is the burial ground of King Strohm III.

King Strohm III has a history of his own (check Book of King Strohm III ).

Book of King Strohm III:

The ancient text is yellowed and crumbling, and written in a language that is far-removed from modern-day Common. Still, portions of it are translatable with effort. Overall, the book describes the burial of King Strohm III, and how great efforts were made to keep his tomb safe from the graverobbers that would surely follow once his kingdom fell due to treachery within. The King's son, Strohm IV, apparently commissioned the creation of a mask of his father that would allow access to the tomb. How it does so is not clear in the text, although it is mentioned that the mask is kept in six seperate pieces by six Guardians that had been summoned by Strohm's vizier... and that these Guardians would only surrender the mask to one of Strohm's bloodline.
That makes a lot of sense! A lot of things do when you get a different perspective on it. Thank Helm for forums, huh? Heh.

Oh, and I have another question! In the Five Flagons Inn (Bridge District), there is a guy by the name of Ercias upstairs. What's this guy up to? He seems to be waiting for somebody, but is this just a character they threw into the game that wasn't part of any quest?

No, it's the thief-looking guy that seems to be lurking about the two carriages. He wanders around that floor quite a bit, and when you talk to him he just tells you to go away as he's waiting for someone (or something like that). I do recall the heavy commoner you mentioned and his sleeping wife on that floor too.
