did you mean www.spiderwebsoftware.com ? I was a big supporter of the Avernum series, as well as Geneforge (Avernum3 is a great game)

i'm a mac user myself...gotta tell ya, we now have the most stable OS ever created (save Unix)...OSX is quite hardy. I'm going to try shadowkeeper on the virtual PC...get back to you (does it run on straight windows XP...that's what i'm emulating currently).

I no longer work for the big companies. I got sick of all the strings and ugly demanding bahaviour. I love working for the little guys, like Jeff Vogel. The small time developers value a relationship not only with their testers, but, also, their customers. It is a much more personal experience. I don't get paid anymore, and, there is no need. There are far better rewards. Making games for the sake of making good games is all the reason I need.

Its precisely why I keep a windows based machine rather a "Mac N Trash" - the soft ware availabe for Mac just aint as available as it for the hated Bill.

If the alien Mac N trash can use standard character files like a pc then send to one of your pals that "have less disposable income" and have a PC equipped with Shadow keeper your transvestite - maybe they will bend his/her gender for you!
