I finished it once. I was playing it for the second time, when i had to format my harddrive. That was kinda frustrating, i just got out of the Underdark, so i was close to finishing it for the second time. I'll give it a go again, i don't think this game will ever get boring.

Somebody did some counting and found out that it takes 6 more months before Im finished with the 1st time. There is just too much to do, new quests just pop up before you have time to finish the previous ones. I have done at least 10 quests on chapter 2 (umar, de´arnise, sphere, skinner, some trademeet, temples etc.), and there is still at least 20 to be done. I get to chapter 3 before new year, if Im lucky. That´s what it is when you have to study in the meantime.

Those who don´t have to, call yourself lucky.

Tried out 3 times first time everything went so so WRONG didn't beat it! Second time beaten it now on my 3rd try. Trying out diffrent Classes are fun AND GNOMES RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alright...lets count 'em up

Through BG1:
Fighter
Mage

Through Just SoA:
Cavalier
Cleric of Talos

Through SoA and ToB:

So that adds up to twice through BG1 and SEVEN times through SoA. I am pathetic. I beat a 100 hour game seven times, and then through the expansion 4 times. Granted, after the second time i pretty much flew through eveything. The sorceror was definately the most powerful and my monk was almost invincible; however, when my stalker dual-wielded the Celestial Fury and Crom Faeyr my THAC0 was insane. The 25 Str from the Crom gave me a total of -17 or so THAC0 and massively high damage. Especially when i switched to the Crom and the Flail of Ages +5 - the elemental damage on that is through the roof. Its a tough call. For Christmas though, Im getting my Korg Karma (an amazing keyboard/synth/workstation for non-musicians) and i will be living on that. So i bid thee farewell

BG 1 ive done a few times, too long ago to remember

BG 2 - right through once. got to the underdark 2 other times (cant remember why I stopped, oh, did stuff wrong)

Tob, i dunno how far I am on my first go, only got it a few weeks ago.
started a new SoA, kensai, immediately dualed to mage and then exported into ToB to get kensai(8)/mage(high)...(and shadow keepered in a few items i would have gotten if I did SoA before importing). done watchers keep and up to my last pocket plane challenge.

since then I have been going nuts downloading mods and new NPC's (nalia, imoen romance, valen, tashia, dungeon-be-gone, improved theif stronghold, ease of use and item upgrades, and 32% of Darkest Day downloaded) and with all these new mods I keep starting new games and getting halfway through Ch 2, then getting a new idea and downloading more mods, lol. I currently have 4 games going in SoA and my half finished ToB game, trying out all these new things.

uni is on holidays, but I spend half my time at my gf's house, as well as whatever else i find to amuse myself and others

call me a geek and a nerd if you will, but i've gone through bg2 with all the major character classes excluding cleric(playing through now, in the asylym.party includes me as a cleric of helm, viconia and edwin). i've played through with the mage classes of Invoker, Necromancer, Illusionist, Conjurer and Transmuter. also played through with Fighter, Berserker and kensai. that makes it way over 10 times. of course there are saves i've oversaved.
