The 9th level Kelsinator comes with:

Burning Hands
Magic Missile
Protection from Evil
Chromatic Orb
Spook

Blur
Melf's Acid Arrow
Vocalize
Glitterdust

Flame Arrow
Fireball
Slow

Stoneskin
Fireshield: Red

(if he has more XP when you meet him, he's still 9th level and you get to level him up yourself, thus making that first all-important 5th level pick.)

Why the name Kelsinator?

Oh yeah, I think Kelsey has a cloak that has a Green Fireshield...(Acid Damage/Resistance) and the cloak also probably improves his AC like all unique items do.
