Heres how to reverse vampirism:
* S P O I L E R * After killing Bodhi you should of got her heart and found texts about vampirism. In these texts in mentions a temple where people who were affect by vampirism were taken to by restored. This temple is the Ruined Temple of Amaunator in Umar Woods. The victims were place on a statue with out stretched arms along with the vampires heart. And the power of Amaunator reversed the vampirism.
