Cop draws gun during a snowball fight....

Here is that 5 min. video -- it shows the entire crowd chanting 'don't bring a gun to a snowball fight' lol.. awesome.. This cop is crazy...

Yes, a park would definitely have been a better location. Seeing the overhead view makes Detective Baylor's reaction a little more understandable, since there was the potential danger to motorists. I can only imagine what it must have been like driving through that intersection during the fight and getting pelted with snowballs from both sides.

Still, the detective completely overreacted to the situation. I haven't seen much news today, so I don't know if this got any airtime on shows like Headline News or CNN. But given the exposure just on YouTube, I repeat my guess that Detective Baylor will be placed on administrative leave (with pay) until the incident is "investigated". After which, I suspect he will be cleared of any wrongdoing and be back to work.
