Ask your parents what they used to do to get you to sleep and try those. Rocking my daughter to sleep puts me right out, too.

Are you on any meds currently? Sometimes even long term meds pop up new symptoms after time.
And Benadryl is perfect. I take 1 sometimes, and begin reading a book. It hits you about 40 mins later. I have some new back-pain shooting, and it wakes me up. It sucks... gonna get a new MRI soon to see whats up.. |
