Oh, yeah, The British Beer Co. is new this year. I'd love to check it out!
Of course Harvards selection maybe small but they brew it all on-site so the freshness can't be beat.

So here is the proposed itinerary:

02-09-09 7 PM

British Beer Company Route 9 Natick

www.britishbeer.com is their website, and they claim it's actually in Framingham.

Map here: http://tinyurl.com/IWNatickBeer2

7PM, Feb 9. At this point, we've got four people... right? Me, Machinehead, Memnoch, and Chewbacca. Larry and Variol don't want to make the commute for some reason

Anyone else? Any better halves coming along? I suggest whoever gets there first get a table for the party "Ironworks".

See you all in a couple of weeks!

7 should work for me. I may be a few minutes late but I don't work that far away so it should be all good.

Hey it's all the usual suspects from previous Boston meet-up. Yeah,it is technically in Framingham huh, but you can probably spit on Natick from it.

I suspect I'll be along solo. Pregnant wife who loves beer + place called "beer company" = don't go so well together.

Ok, I'm not a "beer" expert, but I did not think that beer and "fresh" went together.

Well, technically, you are correct Variol, but I think what they are refering to is the shortness of time from the beers production to the enjoyment of the product.

Has your beloved considered that non-alcoholic beer stuff, or would I get slapped in the face with a bag of barley for even suggesting the idea? If not, she's got the right priorities... everything's important for the impending heir to the family's fortunes

Having two heirs myself, I need to go out and get more fortune. But before then... burgers and beer!

And for the record, I believe that beer in Canada doesn't live long enough for that "born-on" date stuff to matter...

Guys, I'm probably going to have to pass this time. My Mom is going to have an operation the 10th - a shunt from her brain to her stomach. I'll find out more by Sunday and let you know for sure.

Sorry to hear that, Machinehead. PM off to you... take care of what's important.
