i quite fail to see how that resembles a "mobile computerized cannon that fires raw sewege", but probably fun all the less!
So mount it on the back of a pickup truck, & bring a laptop & GPS to calculate launch angle. The idea is to do it on a budget, and be mobile so you won't get caught, right? Besides, my way, you can stock up on ammo when hospitals dispose of -ostomy bags, so they can't track you by your DNA...

A MOBILE COMPUTERIZED CANNON THAT FIRES RAW SEWEGE!!! This can only mean one thing -- Yep, I'm losing my f***ing Marbles! But still, it's a funny thought. I'd be able to have revenge...oh sweet revenge. The best thing is they'd never know who's raining Raw Sewege on 'em because the thing would be moving around town! Every blob of Raw Sewege coming from the sky would be from the same cannon, just from different angles because the thing would keep moving. But the question remains -- How much would something like that cost and would I be able to get away with it?
£ 5773,562.18

I've managed to get away with it three times now, though I did get close to being nicked by hippopotami when a couple of hedgehogs punctured the tyres on my launcher, preventing myself from making a quick and subtle get away. Fortunately I utilised my initiative and enlisted the help of said hedgehogs by attaching a rope around them, and than made them pull the cannon along.

Heh, the hippopotami didn't stand a chance.

...I'll get me coat.
