I see, well webbuilder is perferctly fine for me. since I just need to host sig pictures and screenshots that all. nothing fancy about that.

Web FTP... You should just upload your index.html that way, make it in Netscape or with front page or something... I like doing mine by scratch, but if you want to use a WYSIWIG editor you'll need ot use frontpage or something like it... Let's face it, The whole Lycos thing is neither Mac, nor windows compatiable, but WEB FTP is, so upload your pages via their file transfer protocol thing-a-ma-bob and you should be fine...
