Is it really important talking in dutch, deutch or whatever ?? Remember that this is a public forum and people has the right to know what are you all talking about, if you can say the same in english, then why post in another language ?? imagine if each of us spoke our mother language... that wouldnt be pleasant !!

It´s not really important, but it´s fun. Melusine was glad of having the opportunity to talk german with someone in the IW Forum. And Ramon thought he was the only german around here. We´re not having any discussions about other countries or other members, I can assure you. If you like, I can translate the posts in this thread. Btw, I did not misunderstand you. It´s alright.

Hi Ramon, I'm 37 and moms ummmm like around 68, I know its bad I dont know her exact age. Anyway she has lived outside of the US before(twice) and loves to travel. She took German in high school WAYYYYYYYY back when ,she may be but bit rusty lol, but I'm sure she gets along. We (my sister and I) kind of worried at first but moms pretty smart and no chump. Ertai, I see your point, but I don't see much harm in an occasional post in German, as I think many people of other nationalities occasionally enjoy trying to speak German as well (Cloudy, Reeka etc)
But we shall abide by your wishes, and maybe take it to email or so...

Lol, I remember this kind of threads from BGDungeon... Ended up in a HUGE flamewar and the ban of a few fellow dutchies... So to everyone posting in here in a non-English language, this is a warning... People are awfully pissed off when they're not able to read the posts of someone else, so beware... Oh, and the main reason they were pissed off: one seriously mentally disturbed dutchie showed a very bad taste by posting a loathsome pornographic story in dutch; believe me, those who were able to read it, wished they couldn't...

Lol, you really don't want to do this... That story I mentioned before wasn't just pornographic, it was about rape and like, very badly written and absolutely disgusting. So I don't think anyone would enjoy it if you posted a similar thing...
