Hi there Ziroc, sounds like you have a too high refreshrate and too high resolution. I had that Problem with my puter here at work when i changed the refreshrate and the Graphiccard couldn´t keep up and the monitor didn´t support it wholeheartedly. So my screen jumped up and down a little and flahed once in a while..
