Pocket watches are for snobs - you're not a snob are you Rok?
hehe, no I just HATE wearing a watch. Never liked it. Have not worn one in 20 years.

It makes sense to wear your watch on the opposite wrist to the hand that you're most proficient with so you can manipulate the buttons on the watch with your best hand

ummm you forgot an option, there are some who are apidextrius(can;t spell, lol)and they are proficent with both hand, my husband and 2 year old are like that, my husband wears his on his left wrist though, since he broke it and has lost rotation with it, but my daughter also wears on the left, when we let her wear one

Ah but thats where I disagree. If you are right handed, and you have it on your left, whenever you place your hand flat on a surface with your forearm vertical, the dial to edit the time will stick into the back of your hand and be very annoying
Plus, when writing, if it is on your proficient hand, all it takes is a quick rotation and Voila! The Time. With your non-proficient hand it requires you to stop writing, lean up, bring your arm across, and look Its the little differences

Not on my watch. There are buttons on both sides and the ones I use the most stick out at the bottom if my forearm is vertical.
Besides most of the time your forearm will not be vertical as you'll be up and about and able to raise it inline with your hand. Damn we're sad

Yes that is very useful and will make me change my habits

I don't bother to wear a watch because after about 20 min the electric ones stop working and the wind up type start running backward it's really wierd.
I have a cell phone and it is always with me and it has a clock in it so I just use it.
I'm right handed when I write or draw but I throw knives with my left hand and darts with my right. you figure it out?

Its considered proper ettiquette to have your watch on your left hand, I'm a Right handed guy who wears it on the right tho. I always assumed I was standing out from the crowd, but now that i see this pole I realize that I am not unique
