It's something to do with your IE settings.

At work we have one computer that shows this forum as completely white with no brown at all. I haven't bothered to determine the exact cause of the problem because I use that machine so infrequently. If you figure it out, post it, so I can fix that annoying machine...lol.

Its been brown for me ever since ive been here, well.. except that one day my comp got hit by lightening and all the colors went tye-dye
