I don't know what time it is for you guys, but in UK it gets slow/cranky at about 8pm-12pm

Yes, the forum has been rather unstable speedwise over the last week or two, I am not sure about the time bracket you mentioned, Ziroc, and neither about the part of the blame that has to be put on my connection here. I shall watch it more closely from now. Thanks for the excellent job and for caring so much, Ziroc !

Yes, I have experienced the same phenomena at approximately the same times of day CST. Is it fixable? Luckily it never stays down for long. Wouldn't want to go through withdrawal again!

It's slow all the time for me, but then again I have a 56k and my ISP is currently in the hands of an administrator because they ran out of cash.
I'm getting ADSL connected on Tuesday so I'll let you know. ------------------ |

I'm glad you broach the subject, Ziroc, since I have felt the Board to be VERY slow every evening for several weeks now. Evening is around from 7 PM to 12 PM for my timezone (it's 4:45 PM here now). And I didn't change my kind of connection ...

Dretful slow, actually. During the afternoon hours, if I can get a reload on a page within 3 minutes, I feel like I'm doing good. Often as not it times out.
During the evening hours (forum time) it seems to clear up. It's not just the forums, either, but the whole Ironworks site. It doesn't matter whether I'm at work or at home on my DSL line. |

It is most definitely slow during the daytime. Although...I attributed most of it to our crappy proxy server, so I can't be sure.
