3) What's a Burfield Joint? 17) The main difference between a supercharger and a turbocharger? Try Those for fun.
I know almost nothing about cars, but I can answer most of these (2-5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 20). 3 - I think you mean birfield joint, which is a kind of CV joint. 17 has no answer. A turbocharger is a supercharger, just one that relies on a exhaust-driven turbine for its power. A supercharger can refer to any number of methods for supplying high-pressure air to an engine. Usually the term "supercharger" describes a system that uses the shaft for power, however not all superchargers fall into this catagory, a supercharger that used a turbine based off exhaust gasses (a turbocharger) would still be a supercharger. |

Yes they're not too hard. A supercharger is engine/mechanically driven via a belt or gearing etc. A turbo is run by waste gas alone and therefore it doesn't require "engine power" per se to run it. They are in car terms different devices achieving the same goal via near identical methods.
Good call on the constant velocity joint. And although you said you could answer them.....you didn't. |

That really sucks, Animal. I'd guess it's been about a day since your car has been stolen, so it's likely that you can still get it back if you act quickly.

I haven't had the experience of losing something that valuable, but I can imagine how shocking and devastating it is.
And, I wish I knew what to say to help you feel better, but all I can say is that I'm sorry that it happened |

Sorry man! That's one car that insurance money can't replace! From the sound of it, car thieves have probably had thier eye on it for a while. Cars like that are in high demand on the black market these days. Foreign collectors are willing to pay big bucks for a rare addition, no questions asked.

Sorry for you animal!
The biggest thing I had stolen was a palmtop, and that still felt bad, so I can imagine how you feel. Hope you get the car back.
