Well the reason I came looking for this site was I was getting bored with the game and wanted to see what I could do to make it more exciting but I came up those on my own instead I started helping people and just chatting it got fun.

I was looking for more polls to revive.

I feel we should take these more often they can get fun. I am bringing this one up because it is interesting. and you get to see how people were when they started the game.

I came to the board originally to find help with some of the things I was running into... hints, not spoils, where possible. Some of the things I learned almost made me feel bad about playing, but not too much.

I stayed because it was kind of fun, and I enjoy gaming. Plus the wonderful conversation, and the occasional influx of bouncies...

I originally came here for info on a new game, as I had used Ironworks for Baldurs Gate, Icewind Dale, BG2 etc!.

I was looking for a patch for windows XP (ended up using Virtualdub)and found these message boards on a google search. Everyone here seems pretty nice and now I have the ironworks forums on my favorites.

Well, I came to learn to jump! I couldn´t get to the dragon ore soo... Some nice fellow, that could be anyone in here lol, pointed out that you indeed can jump in this game. So I got the ore and 5 armors, lol... That piece of ore is a lot bigger than it seems in your backpack, LOL!

I am always trying to collect information about a game which I am currently playing. I don't think information can "spoil" something because information cannot replace me, my play style and my preferences. Some pieces of information are accepted, some pieces of information are updated and some are rejected because they do not fit my play style or because they are wrong. Of course, I can also investigate "unrecommended" ways and see why they are unrecommended or ignored. Information (or lack of information!) is a good thing.
Later on, I like to share my experience with others.

I thought I was haveing trouble finding the crypt...

I had walked every inch of the map, east of Valeia and couldn't find anyone named 'Rethpian'. So, I came here to find out where the crypt was....Of course what I found out was, that I had found the crypt , but missed the lever..

That day,
I was definately the bug... splat

I could not for the life of me find the last Zenmaster Tome. I looked all over for it. I tried looking at MANY sites trying to find the exact location of that last darned Tome. After a LONG time, I decided "Well, that Ironworks place is pretty good and it had a forum so I might as well ask." I received some help from a few kind souls and was able to find it (and duplicate the darned things so I could have 2 zenmasters for the trouble they gave me) and I haven't left yet . Eventually, IW spread through my system and I regularly browse half the boards.

To see if anyone's still playing the game!

[me thinks I'm the only one from the team that cares]
