When a lonely man cry some say it is pathetic, when a man cries in public he is strong. I don't know if I would say that lonliness is an emotion, rahter the cause for despair and,broken dreams, underachieving ideals and want.
With so many aspects of what lonliness carries with it, no wonder that it is so bad.

But make no misstake, it can always be worse.

I believe the difference between being lonely and being alone is this. when you are alone there is no one else about. when you are lonely you can be in a room full of people and feel alone.
