I solo play my Cavalier, and fighting dragons is the most fun ive ever had, although its not especially hard, its just so damn cool, this dramatic music plays in the background and it looks like the purest example of Good vs Evil, and the Cavalier gets good bonuses to kill dragons and demons anyway.

I noticed that the Shadow Dragon was the listed as the easiest to kill of the dragons by you guys. However, I found him harder than Fikwhatever. The red just tried to whollop on me, which just didn't work well for him. The Shadow Dragon was casting spells all over the place and was much harder for me to kill. Especially with that darned level drain ability of his.

No doubt dragons are the most majestic foe you can face
in the realm of Faerun, though i do agree that they are no more difficult to face than a powerfull lich! in my oppinion they should have beefed the stats of dragons in BGII |

Unkillable. I mean, it's logical. A tiny human vs a dragon whose EYE is TWICE as big as him. It makes no sense that we're able to kill him so easily - but we can *ho hum*
One more to the unkillable Dragon - Immune to Feeblemind, Charm, Domination, etc. Feeblemind is THE way to go with that Shadow Dragon *ho hum* |

One more thing
a dragon is sort of a giant lizard with wings right! so why is it that the damn things don`t fly I know I know they are stashed away in creepy caves and dungeons but still if you had the chance to face one out in the open it would give the dragon a hole new set of options (attack from above aaaargh) |

yes, dragons are lizards with wings, yes they can fly (the only good bit of the D&d film), and yes, BG2 is a 2d game and does not include flying things. thank god IMHO cos there are no surface-to-air missiles available and arrow do very little to them.
however, NWN is a 3d game and will very probably have flying things. must practice running away and diving for cover |
