No I haven't retired Clody. I've just been outshone by all the hilarious and original threads that have been pn GD recently. My God - how do they think them up so fast. Heh! Member auctions! Poke threads!!

How can I compete with threads that are so funny that they get 4 or 5 hundred replies?

Update on island inhabitants;

After being initially flattered by the Italian mans determination, the Italian woman later became annoyed. She has since cut him off from relations until he is able to bring another Italian man back to the island.

The French woman eventually became bored with only two men and told them that they wont be getting anymore until they can covince those two Bulgarian swimmers to join them.

The two German men have learned how to ferment local fruits and grains into an acceptable lager and now spend most of their time at their newly built Gasthauss! The German woman has grown quite annoyed at the disruption of her strict weekly shcedule.

The two Greek men are still sleeping together, and the Greek woman has moved over to the English Isle. As an important aside, the Greek woman also introduced the English men to the English woman.

The two English men have formed a football league with the Aussie's and now spend most of their time going back and forth between the islands for sport. The English and Australian women have become fast friends, traveling back and forth with their men and wishing they were back living in their respective homelands.

The Bulgarian men have conscripted natives on a local island and formed a swimming team. The Bulgarian woman is no longer bored now among the attentive native men.

Officials in Tokyo faxed the Japanese men back, imforming them to take no further action until a company representative arrives on the island to assess the situation in order to fax his finding back to Tokyo while awaiting even further instructions.

Our correspondents found the Australian island vacant at the time. But a sign was posted that this weeks match was on the English Isle, so the team traveled back there.

On the American island, one man did indeed commit suicide. The other man moved to the far end of the island and started his own construction company. He is currently building what appears to be condominiums for the islands primates. The American woman appears to be doing just fine. She is confident, independant, extremely resourceful and doesn't need a man. Our correspondants didn't ask for elaboration.

On arrival at the New Zealand Isle. While we hire only the most tolerant of newscasters, they were not prepared for the "goings on" here and our correspondants departed almost immediately.

As it turns out, our correspondants had been so flabberghasted upon their departure from what has now been dubbed, "The Isle of new Zeal", that they had unintentionally bypassed the bloody Irish Isle altogether. Our sincere apologies to our readers. Their findings are as follows;

The divisions between north and south are a constant source of violence and mayhem by day, and the two men pummel each other mercilessly by day determined to prove that each mans respective province is by far superior. By night both men resume their constabulary duties to maintain peace and order and hostilities are laid aside. The distillery is turning a fast profit as the extremely potent coconut whiskey is also an effective antiseptic for cleansing the cuts and abarsions received during the day. The effective whiskey fog remains potent, and the men still can't remember if sex is supposed to be in the picture. But they still remain quite pleased that as a result of the newly formed football league, the Englishmen and Aussies still aren't getting any. The Irish woman is quite happy, as it turns out, she found the gold at the end of a rainbow that rested on the island after a heavy squall and set a trap. When the Leprachaun came to reclaim his pot'a gold, she waylaid him. She imformed our correspondants that sometimes big things really do come in small packages and that she and the Leprachaun will marry in a fortnight, we have been invited to the wedding.

And Racial stereotypes eh? Well we have a French exchange student in the school that well.. looks a tad freaky (chubby, small eyes and a very, very, very freaky kinda smile) and doesnt speak English well.. he's pretty much picked on by everyone since he doesnt speak English and issint particularly bright.. I remember how a friend of mine kept calling him a snail-eating continental, to which he smilingly retorted, 'But I'm French!'

Now that bit just says it all
No offence to the French here of course..
