Donut's only a cricket fan every five years or so - when the Poms win a game. Speaking of which, I don't think he's a rugby union fan just at the moment.

good one using the word bouncebackability now everytime someone talks about sports it is always said.
Soccer AM are trying to get it into the Oxford Dictionary, there is a 5-1 bet that it will be in by 2005 I'm not sure if you have it in Australia, but its a great show for soccer/football fans!

LOL - I went to bed last night after watching most of the final. I thought the Windies were a great chance the way they were bowling, but I was very disappointed in the lack of application of their batting. Lara, Sarwan et al played poor shots to handthe initiative back to the Poms. When Chanderpaul was dismissed they were 8 down still with 70 odd to get. That was too much for me and I went to bed to nurse the hangover I had from the really important sporting event (AFL Grand Final).
Imagine my surprise this morning to find that England had found yet another way to lose. Congratulations Donut - your mob have just won this years "Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory" award . Oi - Lanesra - do you have those last 10 overs on tape - I could do with a good cheering up. They never showed the Arsenal game last night (first time I missed out all season) - I had a choice of the cricket, and AFL Grand Final replay, or the Scum v Manure. I watched the cricket of course . Hopefully I will score a replay of the action this afternoon.

LOL @ Donut - talk about your boys taking major gloss off that achievement. Looks like your boys celebrated a little early - forgot there was a final to be played - ignored the fact that the Windies had to be bowled out.
There are only so many ways you can sum up their failure Donut. Second place is just the head of the queue of losers.
