You might try using a zip progam like Winzip to compress the IWD files and send them to your email, if you have it. At that point it would simply be a matter of 'unzipping' the files with the Winzip program and placing them into your IWD folder (Black Isle) on the 2nd machine.

As far as runningthe game without the CD it is quite easy but the game must be intalled on your computer first. If you do not have the game installed... sorry your out of luck Anyhow assuming the game is on your computer and you want to run without the disk in your computer goto gamecopyworld and download the file that will say something like "no Cd patch", there are different ones for differnt versions so make sure you have the correct one. Download that patch then you will need to unzip the file. Use winzip or simalar for that... From there it is a matter of extracting the file to the correct location in your balaurs gate2 folder. If I remember you may just extract file to the main directory. Anyhow it will ask if you want to repace some .exe file choose yes and you are in business. Play game with no cd

I was going to suggest what Cloudy did about the IWD files. On the other I would happy to try to burn you a CD and mail it to you. Would probably take 7 days to get it from me though.

Hi Charlie, this is a rather not cheap way, but you could network the two computers together through a LAN network by getting a home networking program like Homefree, and installing it on both computers, which may enable you to also copy all of the bg2 files from one to the other computer. As for burning another cd, I think that they are write protected, or copy protected, unless you were to try to install it onto another cd. Not sure though. the homefree program is fairly simple, and can be installed on both computers in a matter of one half hour or so, and comes with complete instructions. Also, it connects through the USB ports, so there's no internal messing around. Total cost of about 30 dollars, US. once installed, you simply access the host computer, and copy the required files.
