Dyslexia is a reading disorder which causes letters or words to appear backwards or upside down. By reversing the onomatipaea for the traditional druming that goes on after a comedian tells a joke he tries a witty remark at what a dyslexic drummer would do. However, since dyslexia affects reading not action it would still follow the traditional onomatipaea, just slower as the drummer struggled to make out the notes.

I've just ruined the joke for everyone now haven't I?
