I arrived about 5 months ago on the blue board...sigh...and one legend who is not around is Armisael. I do miss his game posts and his fun posts a bit now and then.

I suppose, Row Firecam, that the board has just evolved. Sure I miss some of the old days...(sheesh old days, 4 months ago? LOL) but we are making the present fun too, so I guess it all comes down to being happy on the board even with the changes! It is much bigger and the one drawback there is I feel I know some of the 'old timers' better because we had more interaction, being a smaller crew back then. But as Z points out, it's nice to meet new people! And I'm trying to get to know newer faces now.

Oh and Saz may be an oldie on the board but I guess I have to count him as a new face in my realm! (Sazzie! Wouldn't have missed meeting you for the world!) Welcome Wagon work is very rewarding! Lots of people are moving between the forums. That is what I like to see. More community feeling that way, less isolated.

Armisael and I started within 5 days of each other. He started end of October, I started end of November. But I had been on the old board under an old name a month before that.

Jerome is another who has been here for a while.

yes, armisael was something of a master when it came to wit.
Despite his claim that he had a charisma of 0.3, I thought he was quite a jovial companion.

ive been here about a month, and already made some curious observations. and NO you cant see them, theyre in my 'special place'! i came here from another crpg forum, the BGDungeon Tavern, but it got closed down cuz of obsceneties. so ziroc, PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE DONT CLOSE THE BOARD! it freaked me out! and dont let it get out of hand either, that might help...

Thanks guys, I love "boardlores". I've been an member at a Star wars Board for about 2 and a half years, but an fairly active poster for a year. And I find it very curious that most of the old members always say that the boards are getting worse as theyu become more crowded, and it was so much better when the "old guys" were there.
