I love the idea of a "true democracy." Then I came to the notion that many who reproduce in large numbers were idiots.

I went with capitalist, representative democracy. One quibble though...
Saying that a theocracy can't work as an answer doesn't make it much of an option. I would suspect that if someone is in favor of a theocracy that they would expect it to work.

Not at all. It's a marriage of expectation and reality. Holding an ideal for a perceived 'perfect world', yet realising the world isn't perfect. With the disclaimer, a true believer in Theocracy - who will obviously be a religious person - CAN vote for it. (You do have two votes in this poll BTW)
