*nods* Tyr is a Patron deity of paladins, it makes sense he would know of it, if not much on how to stop it [img]smile.gif[/img] plus I thought it would be interesting info for the oher players who aren't up on FR Lore. Cyril has answered me, and I adjusted my post slightly, and am cooking up an evil plot (as usual)

ummm...can we all see the banewolves brendon attacked or did he run ahead of us and lose us? with's rubys natural empathy to animals is the howling just ripping her to emotional peices? can she be effective in this fight? i'm not sure how much this is effecting her.

Brendon is well ahead of the group and it is doubtful Ruby could keep up with him. The howling is affecting her very negatively right now and this is at a bit of a distance. Drawer closer without finding someway to protect herself would be exceedingly foolish.

Ruby can reasonably assume that Rhianeth has indicated seeing the Shadow Giants moving toward the area. At present you are the only 2 characters aware of them.

Ruby, the banewolves are unnatural and pure evil. They are baaaad news. There would be no empathy here, especially when you see one of them. They are no longer classified as "animals" in my book.

ruby is trying to use the psionic defense Tower of Iron Will (3' radius.) in an attempt to protect herself, wyrd and anarrima....does it work????? please?????

It should do the job so long as you aren't in the immediate vicinity of the banewolves.

Time is short and the group will need to act decisively.

One banewolf has been eliminated by TAO. Brendon has wounded another. That banewolf and one more are presently in the area with the party. Three more will arrive soon - whether seperately or together is not clear.

At some point after the last banewolves arrive the shadow giants will show up.

And that leaves the Hunger .......
