Sufficently chastized, Talin sits back in his chair as his ashened skin turns three shades darker. "I understand, my lord shadow...Please forgive my brashness." Talin's eyes flirt across the room, to see the rest of the guild trying not to laugh at him.
Totally abashed, Talin reaches into a pocket and pulls out a piece of jerky, tearing at the tough meat like it was some kind of enemy, all the while averting his eyes a far off corner.

Skye turned a sympathetic face towards Talin, and smiled charismatically at him. Looking back at the guild leaders she asked "Sooo, what exactly are we summoned for this time? Hopefully I'll have a much larger role to play then the last meeting," she joked offhandedly.

Starshadow looked at the newcomer. Shadow had sufficently chastised him, he thought. "What is your name?" he asked. "I will be judging if your skills will be useful this time, however."

Turning to Skye, Starshadow smiled. "We're going to be attacking and destroying the Thieves Guild that is currently in the city below. Apparently, they do not like our little society so close, and they are planning an attack. I figure we should wipe them out first and then take over." He looked down at his plans for a moment. "What kind of war skills do you have, Skye? I'd hate to send you in if you don't have any experience."

ic:Khalraan picked himself up and started running again, trying to find a way out. The young elf came to two corridors, one leading to left, and one leading to the right. Taking a lucky chance, Khal went for the left, and ran towards an open door, skidding, the small thief flew across the floor, his 'package' rolling from his hands. Pushing himself up, Khal looked around at the people in the common room, too mortified to say anything.

Shadow frowns at the intrusion. He stares at the newcomer while reaching down for the package. "Who are you and what have is in this package?"

Skye hid a smile. "Are you alright?" she asked the newcomer, bending down and offering him a hand up. Looking at Starshadow she said "I'm a bladebard. Although I'm a girl, I can hold my own in a fight, even if it may tend to be a bit.. flashy." she grinned and winked at him.

Starshadow nodded at Skye. "I don't care what your style is, as long as you can get the job done. They'll be more thieves there than you can swing your sword at. That's why we need to attack first."

The Elf looked at the young newcomer. "Who are you and what's in that package?" He eyed the package that now sat in Shadow's hands. "Speak up now, or you won't get far before a dagger finds your back." He was suspicious of the way the newcomer had just appeared out of nowhere.

'And erm, my name is Islena, no that's a girls name, my name is erm...'
At that point, Khal fainted.
