Boy does the day fly by when you're busy. Now my head hurts. I've decided that the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) destroys brain cells worse than an 80 lb. tank of vetrinary-grade Nitrous Oxide mixed with four sheets of acid at a Rainbow gathering.
