Luckily, Neb teleported out of the way of the spell which fizzled, in the ORT HQ, he activates the Anti-Charm Spell Field, this also prevents him from casting Charm spells, but luckily he prefers to just hurt his foes a lot with pure offensive spells instead. ------------------ Worshipper of Tiax.
