I know it's quite late in the game for such a not-very-useful item(unless stacked
 ). I think it's in the Fields of Slaughter.

Name atleast four brilliant weapons in the game. HoF versions of weapons not included. The Brilliant doesn't have to be in the name of the weapon, just has to have the effect.

No, any weapon with the Brilliant in it's descriptor. Brilliant means that it bypasses shields and armors.
