I will own that my heart goes out to you, but I must say that I would not have done the same as you. I should have killed myself before I would have been such a threat to others. What, would Galadria's life have meant so much that I would slay others, innocents, to maintain it? Helm forfend!"

Seeing that these people cared not to help her, she vemonously hissed her cursings and ran. She knew that she was no match for them, so she wouldn't try. Escape was her only option. Fast as she could, she ran through the woods, trying to get away.

GALADRIA "She is too fast for us, in our armor. Instead of chasing her, let us find her coffin, so that when she returns to it, come daylight, we may stake her foul heart. Alas, it grieves me that one so fair should be so stricken, but my duty bids me plain, to destroy her."

A whisper is heard behind them. TAO points to a cave in the distance barely visible thru the trees. "The wolves say the coffin is in there".

BLANDAMOUR (They hide in the bushes and await the dawn. When day breaks, they cautiously enter the cave, and see a plain wooden coffin. He opens it and sees a beautiful young girl in tattered clothing, with long black hair and pale, pale skin. Her hands are crossed upon her breast, and he shakes his head.) "Surely, Lady Galadria, this is a pity, but you and I have our duty to do." (He takes another stake, which he has readied, and plunges it between her breasts. Her glorious eyes open for an instan, then she collapses int rotten flesh.)

As the girl collapses, TAO hears a soft whisper on the wind ~death is only the beginning.......find those I violated......(a sigh) I'm free~She looks at the two knights, and sighs. "I fear our work is not done..." She tells them what she heard, and she walks out of the cave, looking at the sky frowning.

OOC: Larry, if there's one vampire in an area, why wouldn't there be more? Let these foolsh humans think they've solved the mystery while another vampire aided by Julano will summon an army to crush them...

Your vampire-turned-dust might have been the minion of the local vampire lord, or there might be an even more sinister plot going on.
