The question is, what do you want to restrict? Use the item (should be quite easy), wear the item, get the item? Quote:

Okay, I'm considering putting everyday clothes in the design I'm currently working on, and females wearing male clothes is pretty much ordinary, but males wearing female clothes is somewhat different.

You could go the gender neutral route - "robes", "adventurer's outfit", etc.

Well, although it may certainly seem strange, why do you want to prevent the player from putting female clothes on male characters anyway? Only because of aesthetical reasons?

Yes, but it's not the easiest on the eyes.

The font is quite nice and well readable.
I was suprised, by the way, when I realized that DC is able to "emulate" a font. I used "Domo arigato" for my design, and when I tested it on another computer where the font was not installed, it worked nevertheless (although the font was a little "pixely", or whatever you may call that).
