Not Oompa-Loompa, pig latin. It's simple, take the first letter of the word, move it to the end, and add -ay to the end. Actually, its more the sound than the letter, look at the below examples.

people -> eople-pay
men -> en-may
women -> imen-way
hill -> ill-hay
compact-> ompact-kay
sound -> ound-say
