LOL, I'm general and vascular surgery myself. Ask me sometime wehat the real difference between the two is. I used to have 2 or 3 AIDS patients, but currently have none. Yeah, I kinda like the expression, too. Robert Heinlein once referred to "Starside R & D," which I really love.
