The Alps Pictures didn't load - maybe i should have waited longer...

Picci for front page - BOTH very nice. Hard to decide. If you want to come over as sweet, then the one in the shirt. If you want to look more professional and confident, then the one in the jacket.

Hmmm.. I can make it smaller - smaller means faster downloading but worse quality - it is jpg format - compression with information loss. I could explain how does it work but I doubt you are interested in image processing .
By the way how are you connected? I mean the speed.
I will put also sound files created with higer sampling frequency and more bits, but further improvement is impossible with my microphone.

Today I plan to put some pictures fro Italy. Their cathedrals are marvelous even from outside! (I dont have inner pictures, I dont have camera to do such pictures, and generally there is poor light inside churches)

Hey, thanks Zbyszek! I really look forward to seeing them!! If you say where each picture is taken that would be good. I lived in Italy for three years, and have been all over - so maybe I will even have been to some of the places you have that would be cool....... If the pictures are even half as nice as the mountain pictures, then we'll be happy...

OK. 8 new pictures from Italian Alps and more than 10 from some cities I have visited are there pictures

I lived almost half year in Torino. Where have you been staying?
Most of my pictures are below 20k or near 20k. If they are coming slowly I can make them smaller. Let me know. What is average time you get such page with 8 pictures? Is it annoying?
(you are my first modem testers, my family (mother and sister) have access to scientific networks and fibers )

Alps, July 99 took 4 minutes. The other Alps piccis had not shown up after over 5 minutes last night, but took about 4 mins today as well. The Italian piccis took between 1-4 mins, depending how many pics per page. I think time of day dictates how fast it is. Annoying, but not TOO much!
