"I do not need you to help me interrogate my prisoner, cousin! I'm already upset with your attitude toward my sister. Did you know she is with child, boy? Not to mention Avalon is sick and driving her nuts. She is more stressed than me, and she's going to have mood-swings every hour. Your addressing her as woman is an affront to her honour as a queen, shes not a bloody whore!" Alliene's hand brushed her side, half expecting to find her sword she she could bat his cheek with it, "Under no circumstances do you address her as such, especially here! What do you think would have happened if Captain Elon or Avalon were in earshot?" she was breathing heavily, her cheek twitching on its own accord.

Zachana felt anger flood her mind from Alliene and unconciously shifted into her dragon form, still cuddled against Shadow, growling dangerously.

Elon cast a look about the guards that were gathered and scowled, "Your brother? Small world. Fortunatley these men are not of high houses," he elbowed his way roughly to the front and whipped out his double edged long sword, cutting the bonds from the drows mouth and wrists.
"What do you think you're doing?" One of the guards started towards him, blade half drawn.
"I'm taking this drow to the estates of her Majesty Verloren of Defari, by her pardon," the guard halted uncertainly and Elon pointed his sword at him, "You know her power, and you know my position, stand back" the guards instantly back off, eyes cast down, and the peasants started muttering. Elon picked up the drow as if he weighed nothing and walked quickly towards the exit,
"Come on," he growled to Aeris, "We can't remain here,"

Shadow slowly wakes up and rolls over to see a snarling growling face next to him. With a yell he falls off the other side of the bed.
He slowly stands and looks at Kai, "I wish you wouldn't do that. You scare the hell out of me."

Calaethis put a hand over his mouth, "Shes with- oh gods" he suddenly looked exceedingly ashamed and continued "I.. appologise cousin. I shall appologise to... your sister as well... but now, would not be the best time." His face had paled, and he whispered to her, "I shall talk with you once you've finished with this filth, family matters should not be discussed in front of him... I... you or Verloren can punish me as you will later - " suddenly Calaethis made a face, "Alliene, theres a living room adjecent to this one - could you not interogate him there? I.. would like to sleep.. if you permit it..." his tone was one of profound respect, and Alliene could see that he had not known about her sisters condition.

Thank you... Aeris rushed to follow up with Captain Elon and looked at his brother , he was unconscience. They made their way back to Lady Verloren's estate and entered. I'll take him from here Sir. Aeris took Malar off of Captain Elon's shoulder and carried him to his room and layed him on his bed. He looked at his brother from where he stood. Time passes and Malar's eyes opened and he quickly turned to look where he was now at.His eyes wandered the room and met with Aeris's. Where am I?! Who are you? Malar had a dark tone in his voice. Aeris countered it with loving and caring one. Malar...It's me..Your younger brother! Aeris! Don't you remember? The spell Aeris had cast wore off now and Malar looked at the drow in front of him who called himself his brother. Aeris? Is it really you!? I..I cannot believe it! Praise Ao!! I have found you!! Malar reached out and put his arms around his younger brother and tears burst through to his eyes. Aeris returned the embrace with the same. Malar...Where have you been? How..how are you back? I...I..I saw you die when I escaped....What happened? Aeris leaned back and looked at his brother. Oh...So long ago. You see...When our family killed me..they were only breaking me. When our family left me there to suffer...thinking that I would die...I made my way to into a cave. There I rested trying to recover my strength.Days went by and I healed.I gathered food and whatever provisions I could find. I went to search for you , but found nothing. I have been searching for you all this time...Hoping I would find you. Now I have. But tell me brother..where are we? Aeris smiled. We are in Lady Verloren-Queen of Defari's estate in Amn...But please..rest yourself. You are injured as I can see. Aeris layed him back down. Thank you Aeris... Malar fell back onto the bed and closed his eyes and fell alseep. Aeris sat down in a chair and sat back and closed his eyes also falling asleep.

Anger flooded out of Alliene in a rush, and she put a hand to her now pounding head. With a discontented sigh, she pushed open the door to the living room Calaethis had spoken of,
"Dos xal v'dri wun ghil. Usstan orn guuan dos wun l'kre'tandos xal v'dri wun ghil usstan orn guuan dos wun l'kre'tan" she motioned the drow boy in and closed the door behind him, casting a warding spell around the door so he could not escape. What a day...her head hurt so bad she could hardly see straight. Alliene closed her eyes, "If it is sleep you want, Calaethis, then I will not deny it to you. I had hoped to spend my rest in my own bed by myself, but since you are here, I will go to one of the other rooms," she turned to leave.

Zachana's growl cut off short and she shifted back to human form in surprise. She quickly reached over and helped Shadow back to the bed,
"I am truly sorry, srrak, Alliene was yelling at someone and I let her anger take me," she grinned suddenly, "Do I really scare you, half-elven one? I do not mean to," she leaned over and hugged him close, "I promise I will do my best not to frighten you."

Calaethis caught his cousin by the shoulder and embraced her. "Please, I have not... behaved as I should have...forgive me? I should have known you would have been tired and fatigued from your jorney - not that I know what happened, since you will not tell me." he dropped his eyes, "I still love you, you know. Despite this." he lifted her arm, and she knew he meant her drow skin. "I... cousin, the bed.. is big enough for us both, but... I shall sleep elsewhere if you desire privacy, this is your room after all... " he paused and looked into her eyes, he sighed, "Niether one of us is the same anymore, are we Ali? We're both changing... I... " he hugged her again, and tears came out of his eyes. "I'm becoming... I don't know what I'm becoming... awaking dragonic blood, why? I am... remembering racial memories... and... I.. I'm becoming colder in some ways... more dragonic... " he wouldn't meet her eyes. "Forgive me cousin. I have caused you... enough grief. You have enough to worry about, without me adding to it... would... would you prefer me to leave?" he didn't just mean the room, he meant her side.

Alliene regarded her cousin with sharp calculating eyes that made him feel as if he were being frozen and picked apart,
"It is not your draconic blood that makes you cold, karik," her tongue pronounced the draconic word smoothly, her tone as cool as her eyes, "I have a great deal to think about, and I would prefer to be left alone. If you must stay here, you'll have to settle for sleeping on the floor and remaining silent," she examined her charcoal black skin with a frown and made a vexed sound. Already lost in thought, she moved from her cousin and picked up and ivory comb to smooth the tangles from her hair. After it shone like the moon, as it should, she did not return to her bed, but sat next to her window, staring out at the now clouded night sky.

Calaethis looked sharply at his cousin. "Your head hurts right? Allow me.." he cast an array of healing spells on her, draining himself completely, and he staggered. "You should still be tired.. but your headache... will have ...gone" he gasped, drawing in deep breaths.. "I... ...never... learn..." he breathed, "...overreached myself again... damn..." he would have fallen had the bed not been there, nor his cousin to catch him. Weakly he looked up at her. "I will not disturb you, cousin" he whispered, "Please let me stay with you?"

Alliene's cheek quivered without warning and she scowled,
"Don't use so much energy next time, you're not trying to regrow a body part, by Shar. I said you could stay, and also that you be quiet," standing, she dug around in the chest and pulled out one of her many Dimension Door scrolls. She read the parchment quickly and a gate appeared in front of her, leading into her quarters of the First House. Sighing, she stepped through and let it snap closed behind her.
