the best thing i always found about being home alone was doing your own grocery shopping (ok, maybe not the best thing). did you know that is it actually possible to fill a trolley WITHOUT INCLUDING A SINGLE VEGETABLE??? Be a little bit careful with friends coming over - the last thing you want is a massive vomit stain on the carpet..... Enjoy your freedom!

Let's go through that one by one:
a) My parents have gave me permission to have a party as long as it isn't out of control and isn't too loud and I clean up afterwards, and they don't smash the big tv. b) I've stocked up on frozen things, ready meals, and even some pasta sauce (you know I'll never ben able to cook it properly *grin*) c) As for sick on the carpet, the main rooms people will go in (living room and kitchen) have...wooden/tiled floor *grins* Dragonshadow...sure you can come stay with me, just fill in this basic questionaire: I can... [ ] Cook [ ] Clean [ ] Take the blame for when things go wrong I am... [ ] Hot [ ] Some who can cook, and will cook [ ] Cleaner by trade *beams* What, I want a maid more than a housemate?
