I'm not talking about that girl I wasn't sure about. I'm talking about a girl who was blatantly, obviously, undeniably attracted to me. She unfortunately decided against pursuing a serious relationship with me under the fear that it may get a little too "hot and heavy". I personally think I have more will power than that, but I've found it's better not to push such issues. P.S. if we're gonna keep following this conversation, lets take it to the Cafe lest they accuse us of hijacking the threads original topic.

Busy day today at the Airport. All the poms and others leaving now the world cup is over. Aircraft everywhere all with some job to do while in transit. Well it was monday and it felt like it. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Thanks Intrepid! We're in major planning frenzy now, but it's actually becoming fun, in a hectic "oh no will I ever pull this off in time" kind of way!

My sweetie is slowly recovering from being very sick this weekend and hopefully his insurance kicks in this week, because I'm dragging him off to a doctor as soon as it does! What is it about men that they have to be feverish and incoherent before you can get them to a doctor,anyway? [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Seriously, I think he'd have gone if I pushed it, but he was getting better and is a lot better than he was on Thurs and Friday, but I'm not taking any chances.


LOL@Wellard's post! He heard the amount (hey, I got a discount too, it was on sale!) and his eyes did sort of roll back in his head but he has spent the last day convincing me that I bought it because I loved it and that's what's important. [img]smile.gif[/img] Isn't he sweet!

Hey, we're having a nice day, weatherwise! How'd that happen?! My turkey's thawing in the fridge, we have all the rest of the fixins bought and just need to make a pumpkin pie and some date bread in the next day or two! WHOOOHOO! I think it's gonna be a good Thanksgiving. I can't wait to have a day to do nothing but cook/eat/clean up and watch tv....hmm, hang on now.. that is most of my weekeday evenings! LOL
