Sadly it became quite clear that the demon was a better swordsman and was toying with Alaerth, unless the half dragon was holding back, he'd lose soon. The cat and mouse came was beginning to anger the half dragon and being toyed with like a child wasn't amusing.

"Ah, interesting style you have there, Alaerth." the demonic-human figure said, his tone ultra civil, "A lesson for you... when you guard, move your feet into a better position..." the demon was giving Alaerth a lesson in fencing, which would infuriate the half-dragon. "Ah yes, you see there - you should have blocked rather then attacked..." he rapped the half dragon across the back with the flat of his blade, propelling him forwards, and continued to spar.

Alaerth snarled at the man, his eyes slowly filling into a bright red. With a roar he lunged, his berserk strength now the only thing that could guide him.

"My, my. Beserk are we? thats a fatal flaw you know..." the demonic-human figure sneered, his tone still ultra civil, "Another lesson for you... don't lose your temper, or you'll lose your head." the demon spun around and slapped Alaerth hard across the back, and proceeded to continue to thwack him around, amounting to a severe beating. Alaerth was badly bruised after about seven strikes, but before the eighth, snuck in a strike, tearing a gash from the collar bone to the ribs on the demon, a long and bloodly trail streaking down from him. "My, my. Vicious arn't we?" snarled the demon, "Perhaps a lesson in manners wouldn't go amiss," and the demon back handed him, sending him flying across the room, leaving Alaerth on his rear, struggling to get up. The demon walked over to him, kicked the half dragon's sword out of his hand, and siezed him by the throat. "You, my boy, shall learn respect." and glared at him. Over his shoulder he called to Alae, "Tell me, what do you think I should do to him?"

The demon felt a sword poke into his back,
"I think you should leave him be." A cool yet menacing voice came from behind him.

The demonoid's voice was calm. "Ah. I was wondering if you'd show up. I was tiring of teaching children manners. Put up your sword Alliene, and I'll put down your child. You know I can snap his neck before you can run me through. Back off, and we'll talk."

ooc-also, DK, i forgot to mention. When Alliene left, she gave you permission to use whatever tactics necessary to destroy the elven army. have fun

"And you know as well that I can heal and ressurect him. After I kill you." He felt the sword withdraw from his back though, and Alliene stepped back. When he released Alaerth, Alae sprinted towards him to keep her enraged brother down. Alliene must have broken whatever spell was holding her. When he turned to his new assailant, he saw a picture of drow beauty at its best-a furious Matron Mother, one hand on a sword, the other on her hip. The fact that he was a foot taller than her did nothing to intimidate her. Nothing could intimidate her,
"I do not wish to bandy words with you, demonspawn. Tell me what you want."

The demonoid's voice was calm. Too calm. "Let me see. You assault my realm, and then you have the nerve to challenge me? What I want is for you to get out of my kingdom, and compensate me for my loses." he snarled.

~~~At the same moment time...~~~

Outside, the elven army had stopped fighting and stood confused. Then they saw the drow, and half of them laid down their weapons, and the other half retreated to the keep...

"I'm afraid I cannot do that. I have reason to believe that you are part of what is causing so much trouble in the Underdark, as well as here. Therefore you must be annhilated, so I can move onto the next problem." She tapped her long ivory nails agaisnt Nizzre's leather banded hilt.

"I see. So, you do not think to check yet? Never occured to you that perhaps that I had no choice?" he sneered. "No, little Matron. I had nothing to do with this problem of yours. I had planned to annex another kingdom with the aid of the Yuan-ti... but they betrayed me." he snarled, again. "You think that your precious wyrmlings would be alive if I wanted them dead. I could have killed both of them."

She pushed back her silvery hair and frowned, "It matters not whether you were forced to help them or not, a person who helps the enemy is an enemy. And honestly, you should know better than to trust a vile race like the yuan-ti." Her trademark wicked smile curled onto her lips.
