Problem with Ben Sisko. Everytime I talk with him in his room, I get moved out of the room to stand in the hallway with the guards. Ben still talks to me as though I were standing beside him.

Skullport level: Docks area - going through the double doors with guard.
Character status: no pass for docks area. Guard asks for pass: response - no pass. Result: Guard denies entry Next action: hide in shadows (hide in plain sight) and click on double doors to bypass guard. Result: Guard intervenes with dialogue box requesting pass. Dialogue box invoked is for if a character has a pass! Result: guard allows entry. Checked character inventory: Character now has the docks pass!!! A miracle! [img]smile.gif[/img] Gonna retry that tonight to replicate the problem. 2004.06.17 - replicated the problem... Z... if you click on the double door and the guard challenges you... it takes you through a different dialogue path, and if you choose the option of showing the guard your pass (even if you don't have one), you get the pass in your inventory at the end of that dialoguing... and you enter the docks. Dunno if this is a bug or the server needing to be reset but in the entire first level I've been ignored by all the enemies even while i'm attacking them. Thanks for your time.

It was most likely due to lag.
By the way, I don't know if it's supposed to work yet, but there has never been an actual need to buy a contract before entering, or pay your 1gp on returning to the surface. |

The easiest option is changing the well's OnUsed script to one that
1) Checks for the pass 2) If the pass is there, jumps the player to a waypoint below 3) If the pass isn't there, runs its conversation (or just returns a line) saying the player needs to get one. Down below, you'd do something similar for the rope. OnUsed, it checks to see if the player has at least 1gp, if so removes 1gp and jumps the player to a waypoint beside the well, if not so, tells the player the guards won't let the player back up without his paying 1gp. There'd be no more need for the triggers around the well and below the rope/chain then. |

new one on me
char cannot take weapon master to 11 levels--i dont remember this one, have all the feats required on the char and took 10 levels of weaponmaster now weaponmaster class will not allow me to select it.---Am i missing something basic here or ??
