LoA. do you mean Caesar II? A lot of fun, you build an ancient town, the buildings change to better when you improve the water, markets, entertainment, etc. There is also a military track, but I never got onto that. And cheap! I think I paid $10.
Johnny, I'm still trying to get the peasants to goto the damn armory to turn into soldiers. I think I may sink so low as checking the manual.

Attalus, just make sure the armory has everything it needs ( weapons and armour), then click the baracks and select your choice of soldiers.

Today me and my family went to a fishing derby. It was a beautiful day for fishing, too. It was about 40 degrees Farenheight, raining, and all I had left in my closet to wear were shorts, lol. Can anybody say 'frozen'? We didn't catch anything, but a few people cayght some nice trout. One person caught a five and a half pounder! Oh, well. Even though we got skunked, it was fun anyway.

nope, it's not in 3d, the graphics are really okay though. There is a sequel of stronghold expected in the third quarter of this year, it's about the crusades. Can't wait to get my hands on that one.
Oooh, I had a demo version of Caesar II - it was great! But I got the full version of Pharaoh, which is the exact same thing set in ancient Egypt - it was really addictive! If you like city management games this will float your boat for sure!
