It's a damn shame Starscream gets slammed every time for being a whiny twerp. Anyone read the comics? Starscream comes across more as a cold, calculating 'gentleman killer' type of a guy. They definitely screwed him up a bit, ohhhhh yes.

As for the whole Transformers/GI Joe thing, I believe one of the human characters in Transformers season 3, Marissa Faireborne, was revealed to be the daughter of Flint from GI Joe in one of the Transformer Episodes.
