IMOEN: (blushes) Thanks, Sir Morgeruat. I'm really enjoying myself. We're so glad that Vickey made it up with Sir Keldorn. If I had known what Gal had up her sleeve, I don't think I would have come.
NALIA: Why, good afternoon to you, Sir Morgeruat. Thank you for the welcome. Yes, as Imoen has said, it is a great day for us. Would you care for some champagne?
VICONIA: Thank you, Sir Morgeruat was it? Yes, Drizzt and I have our task cut out for us, but it is something we feel we must do. For me, the memories of the crimes I committed before I learned the way of right burn bitterly within me. I feel I have made a start, but there is much to do before I really forgive myself.
IMOEN: (looks over at SIR REGIN) Gal, isn't that the one you said is melancholy? I think he's staring at me.
LADY G: Well, Imoen, you are looking awfully cute today in that black tunic, though I must say it looks a bit short when you cross your legs like that, maybe that's why he's staring. Go over and say hello. Nalia and I were just saying that it was about time you got interested in boys.
IMOEN: (blushes more deeply) Gal! He might hear you.(Looks over her napkin at REGIN)
VICONIA: Imoen! You must learn to be more aggressive with males. If one pleases you, reach out and grab him.
IMOEN: Oh, you two. Stop it. I'll just die.
NALIA: Gal, now I think he's staring at me. He seems familiar, somehow. Why don't you go and invite him to sit with us?
LADY G: (gets up and goes over to where Sir ReGin is cowering)
Get up and come over to our table, ReGin, and have some of Nalia's champagne. Maybe you can get Imoen out of the house,but I warn you, she usually just stays in her room and plays with her "Jon Irenicus Voodoo Doll," firing Magic Missles at it. Fifth one she's torn up,today. I keep telling her that that's what got her in trouble in the first place, but she just sticks her lip out and says that it's fun.

Garnet approaches Keldorn Keep noticing that once again all is quiet. "Pray this does not foretell another battle", she thinks. She had intended to have a brief word with Legolas and perhaps Bullwinkle over the latest developments in her domain, but her fellow rangers are patrolling their own protectorates.

Perhaps Lady Galadria is about. Garnet has a plan in mind to deal with those rampaging orcs that may just interest Lady Galadria. And Garnet has noticed that the good Lady exudes a most provocative air which may be just what the plan calls for.........

Garnet and Lady Galadria meet to discuss a possible plan of action. Lady G is vaguely aware of the problems with rampaging orcs in Garnet's domain and had heard rumors of the two warlords whose demesnes border the protectorate. Both of these men are entirely too full of self-importance even though they do, perhaps, have reason as they have built quite a reputation of strong and less-than-merciful strength.

While attempting to formulate a plan to oust the orcs without further undue stress on the villagers (or on the land as the land owner does not wish battle on his properties), Garnet remembered Lady Galadria's particular brand of beauty and strength in battle combined with a wily and cunning ability to persuade those of the male gender.

Lady Galadria, I have heard of your exploits and wondered if perhaps if you would be amenable to aiding me on this quest. There are two landlords who would overrun my domain and all who dwell there. In their drive to do so, they enlisted the help of a band of orcs, promising them lands for their families. Of course, they have no intention of allowing these orcs to settle the lands after the beasts have cleared the villages! In fact, these two men are simply waiting to annihilate each other so they might gain dominance for themselves!

But in the meanwhile, orcs are razing the countryside and enslaving villagers!

Perhaps we might concoct a plan in which you could use your considerable persuasive skills to make visible this duplicity while I speak with the orc chieftain.....He will not welcome my presence, of course, but ::shrugs:: he will have no choice!

What say you?

OOC: Legolas, I know this is stretching the 'deadline' but I needed to see if Galadria would be interested at all--and the idea did indeed seem the way this might be handled. If I'm out of line, slap me down--gently please

I think it's very smart not to go after the orcs by yourself but to get assistance instead. You just go about your adventure and report back here once you are done
