Thanks, Daniel, I have it too, ast least the SoA part, but what I really mean is that I don't have the 'feel' of Jahiera, that is why I have trouble making up dialog for her. What would she say, when she figured out that Imoen and her Bhaalspawn comrade were getting more than close? I haven't a clue. She wouldn't have admitted that she was fond of him, yet, though Viconia certainly notices that she is "stealing glances" at him. Perhaps there is a clue that she calls Imoen, "child," back in Irenicus' dungeon. Immy snaps back that she is just the same age as the Bhaalspawn.

Yes...i know what you mean Jaheria is a hard character to portray because of her relationship with the PC, and the wired diologue choices that she has, I think ill be able to counjour up some diologue for her.

After a morning's pondering, I have come up with:

Jahiera: (Charname), might I have a word with you?

1. Certainly, Jahiera, what's on your mind?
2. Not now, Jahiera, we'll talk later.

Jahiera: I have grown concerned about Imoen. Since we rescued her, she seems to have grown terribly close to you. Closer than before, even. Have you not noticed that?

1. Well, of course, Imoen and I are close. We grew up together, and now she feels grateful to me for rescuing her.
2. No, Jahiera, I haven't noticed anything.

Jahiera: Hmmp. Just like you to be so oblivious. I mean that I think that she is becoming attracted to you. I have never seen her so attentive to a man, and she never leaves your side, even at night. Don't you think that you should do something to make her more independant?

1. Well, perhaps you are right, Jahiera, I shall speak to her about it
2. No, Jahiera, you are wrong, Imoen has been through a lot. I'll spend as much time with her as I want.

How about that? And how would Jahiera respond?

Well done!!! I've gone thru the Jaheira romance quite a few times now and I think you hit the nail RIGHT on the head as far as her personality!!! I'm actually getting pretty excited about this. As far as suggestions... perhaps have Jaheira say that she doesn't want Imoen to get the wrong idea about (charname) and her (Imoen), as opposed to Jaheira suggesting that (charname) helps Imoen become more independent...? I always got the feeling that Jaheira's whining about other's lack of independence was partly due to jealousy. Just a thought... keep at it! You rock!

Heh, you took the word right out of my mouth Galadria, a nice bit of dialogue. Maybie when you finish this dialogue imoen come to you and say something like " did she say anything about me?" and then you tell her to be more independant, this changes Imoens Allignment to True Neutral thus ending the romance. But if you tell Immy to carry on the was she is the romance continues.

ImoenCharname), I saw you talking with Jahiera just now, and both of you were glancing at me. Was she saying something about you and me? (flushes)I mean, about me? Or mostly...I don't know. Do you have something to say to me?
1. Imoen, Jahiera is worried about you. She feels that you are becoming too dependant on me, and I agree. You need to sleep by yourself from now on.(Romance terminates)
2. Imoen, Jahiera is worried about you. I don't think that she is right, though. I still care for you, and I don't want anything to change between us.(Both Romances continue)

If 2:
1. Yes, Imoen, Jahiera is worried about you, but I told her to back off. Everything will stay the same with us, little sister.
2. Yes, that was Jahiera, sticking her nose in, as usual. I just told her that you were my closest friend, and told her to be quiet.

Imoen: Oh, (Charname), thank you for sticking up for me. We'll always be close, forever.

So, if no one has any more suggestions, we'll move on to Aerie. Any help appreciated.

Galadria, three things.
1. Since you are now working on the boy-girl romance, shouldn't you re-title this thread? It might get some new people in, who don't like the idea of a same-sex Romance.
2. In the Viconia dialog, why does Vickey say at the end, "Let us continue"? Aren't they about to rest? Shouldn't she say, "Pah, sleep where you like, (Charname)", and wouldn't that terminate the Romance prematurely?
3. As you say, I don't know squat about the Jahiera Romance, but I don't care for the first dialog option set. Doesn't that make the PC a bit of a cad, to intentionally continue both of the Romances?

And, as an extra, what about the Romanced Imoen Ending? Why don't you post the one that you have done, so that we can see why you don't like it?

I find plain girls like you worry about that. Well, then, (Charname), sleep with your whiny little sister for now, but I still want to be with you again.
