my bad habit is always ignoring things I am supposed to do, take my meds, eating, things like that, my kids eat all they want, me I forget I am hungry

I worry a lot. A big lot. Usually about silly things that are very unlikely to happen, or if they are sensible things, when I explain to myself what I'll do if such and such bad thing happens, I don't listen and go on fretting.

If going to bed in the wee hours of the morning is a bad habit, I am totally guilty (and have been since I finished the fall semester earlier this year lol).
Otherwise, and I don't do this everywhere since it is more of an "art" than a bad habit (LMAO) I can belch louder than anyone that anyone else knows. At 5'4" and 98 lbs, its a jaw dropper in the right company.  (I scared a woman off of the floor and nearly out of her shoes at Wal-Mart one day but that was on a dare, like I said, I don't do it just anywhere and I am completely capable of burping without anyone around me being aware).
