They are a fine band! They've managed to have three of the most creative modern guitarists in their lineup - Hillel Slovak was a champion and Frusciante's off the planet...but carrying on where Slovak left off.

The One Hot Minute/Dave Navarro thing is odd. I love that album, but almost see it as a different band. He's done some amazing stuff both there and with Jane's Addiction, but if you took O.H.M. out of the discography, it would appear a seamless proggression of band. But there's this quirky little gem just smack in the middle of it!
