Is Ironworks loading very slow and sluggishly for any of you? It is for me...just curios as if this is just me or if it is happening to others.

This might be the pity party we've all been looking for. Everything is loading for me slow as well and I'm on DSL. What will I do without instant gratification?

Its a little slower than normal on this megabit ADSL im using at the mo. I blame the search function but I can live with it at this speed.
It was *terrible* on my home 56K last night, but I can blame that on the fact its a clean install without proper drivers yet, plus it was through AOHell which is slow at the best of times.

I am acessing from my office with a 56k dialup and most of the time, some pages take quite a while to load (too many images?) but the overall response is not too bad.
But the funny thing is that I am running on ADSL connection from my home at night and sometimes the response is utterly slow. I think this is caused by the increased traffics and my stupid ISP.

I have cable and Tuesday and today it's very slow on loading any page and sometimes there is no connection at all. It took me 5 minutes to load this thread and Google took a couple of minutes as well.
[edit:] and now it loads normal (quick) speed again. [ 10-24-2002, 05:39 AM: Message edited by: philip ] |

Sometimes fast (like now), sometimes painfully slow. Doesn't really bother me, I can always come back later.
