The ¬ much like ? and ç is one of thems random option key thingies that has no purpose, yet it exists in every font, I mean sure, it can be used as a braket, but then so can a * or a - so it's main purpose has generally been lost over time, and if only 1 out of every 10,000 people can tell me what it does, then there is no point to it's existance... kind of like claw shrimp, only a few know of their existance but if you talk about Claw shrimp in front of any "normal" individual they will try to turn you into a Cadaverre...

Let's hear it for all those weird keys ont he keyboard! (only a few may actually show up others will appear as ¿ or is it ?)
¡™£¢?§¶•ªº–œ´®†¥¨ˆøåß?

‡°·‚—±Œ„´‰Á¨ˆØ?”’ÅÍÎÏ´´ÓÔ?ÒÚ
Ƹ?Ç??˜Â¯¿»« !!``~|\

Ps: as for 1 - 15, GUILTY AS CHARGED

Option L makes ¬ on my keyboard. But anyways,

*coughs*
The ¬ character is used in the world of Logic; it basically means "not", for instance, if you put it in front of a boolean, it'll become the opposite. ¬ False = True. Get it?
And the ç is used in the French language, called the cedille (sp?). It's been a while since I've used it, but it had something to do with some vowels following a regular "c" when the "ç" is used instead.
