Thge Xbox has pc hardware in it, therefore games port easily between Xbox and PC (you need to change about 2 libraries and recompile AFAIK), therefore if Xbox becomes the dominant console PC games can only benefit.

As longs as Gates dosent screw us too badly.

Im still not gonna buy one though. Might get an emulator if I can get enough Mhz in this old box and Halo dosent come out for PC.

I only have one question:

Does the XBox T-shirt slash its price?

That's what I first thought Megabot but then I looked around in a couple of magazines and I saw brilliant ones like Dead or Alive 3, the much anticipated sequel of the original Toejam and Earl games T&E3 (a personal favourite), an updated Jetset Radio, a REALLY COOL looking RPG (can't remember it's name right now), Tony Hawks 4, the new oddworld game and my favourite would have to be the masterpiece that is Halo, it really is that damn good!

Lets face it - Microsoft is now taking a loss on every unit they sell - but hey they can afford it - and if they ever outcompete their rivals you can be sure that the prices will go up again. Bill Gates wants another monopoly - throw another pie right in that mans face. Death to Microsoft.
